Reserve your consultation online so we can discuss your goals, assess your hair, and determine the best extension plan for your lifestyle, maintenance preferences, and long-term success. If you have an urgent request, please submit the New Guest Intake Form for the fastest response.

Within 24 business hours of your online booking request, I'll send a Welcome Email and New Client Intake Form so you can feel relaxed and confident about your holistic hair experience. I can’t wait to meet you soon!

What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Meeting a new stylist can feel exciting, and sometimes a little nerve-racking too. My goal is to make the process feel comfortable, informative, and supportive from the very beginning.
I offer two consultation options: an in-person consultation or a New Guest Exploratory Call (recommended for guests experiencing fine, thinning, or shedding hair). Both options allow us to discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether extensions are the right fit for your hair and lifestyle.
After booking, you'll receive a welcome email and New Guest Intake Form so I can prepare for our time together and better understand your hair history, goals, and expectations.
You'll also receive appointment reminders through Vagaro prior to your consultation. Please review the cancellation policy included with your booking confirmation if you need to make any changes to your appointment.

The Consultation
My goal is to fully understand your hair goals, lifestyle, past experiences, and what success looks like for you. We'll discuss your vision, maintenance preferences, daily routine, and any challenges you've experienced with your hair in the past.
Together, we'll assess your natural hair, review extension options, and determine the most appropriate method, length, color, and maintenance schedule based on your unique needs. Every recommendation is designed to support the long-term health of your hair while creating results that feel realistic, beautiful, and sustainable.
We'll also review the installation process, maintenance expectations, investment, and ongoing care so you have a clear understanding of your extension journey before moving forward.
If your consultation is in person, we'll explore extension lengths and color options together and create a customized plan designed around your goals. Before you leave, you'll receive a personalized recommendation and a clear roadmap for achieving your desired result.
(Phone consultations serve as a starting point and require an in-person follow-up appointment for color matching and final planning.)

Once we've finalized your personalized hair plan, we'll secure your installation date, process your reservation deposit, and order any necessary hair to bring your vision to life.
Every extension transformation is customized to your goals and lifestyle so you'll leave your consultation with a clear understanding of the timeline, investment, and next steps before moving forward.

During Your Visit
Relax and enjoy a private, one-on-one experience designed around your comfort and success. We'll review the plan we created during your consultation, complete your service, and share personalized styling and maintenance recommendations to support your long-term results.
Before you leave, you'll receive the resources, and guidance needed to care for your new hair with confidence, and we'll schedule your next maintenance appointment to keep your hair looking its best.
