Within 24 business hours of your form submission and online booking request, I'll send a welcome email with more information so you can feel relaxed and confident about your new holistic hair experience. I can’t wait to meet you and have you walk away feeling like your best self!
What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Seeing a new hairstylist can be a little bit scary! I get this, and want to make the process as easy as possible.​ To provide the highest level of service to new clients, I offer two forms of consulting: an in-person visit or a new guest exploratory call. Once I receive your extension consultation form and online booking request, I will send a confirmation welcome email. You will receive a confirmation text and email 72 hours before your appointment from my booking system Vagaro. This allows 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

The Consultation
It is always my goal to understand your hair vision, your past experiences, your likes and dislikes, as well as talk about a sustainable hair regimen that works for your lifestyle.​ We'll review the installation process, your desired color and length, maintenance, including long-term costs, and cover any questions you may have. Next, if your appointment is in person, we'll look at the options for length and color of hair to install. I will then be able to provide a package price for the entire look we are achieving based on what we find to be the best fit for your lifestyle. Together we'll create a one-year healthy hair vision and steps to achieve each of your goals.
Phone consultations will be our starting off point, and we'll need to schedule an in-person follow-up to color-match your hair.

Booking Your Installation
Once we're ready to book your transformation, we'll process your deposit, if I don't have your length and color in stock, I'll immediately order your hair (the hair ships in just 3 days) and we'll schedule your installation date in person together. Once you leave the studio I will send a customization form that allows you to tailor your future visits to your liking.

During Your Visit
TMS offers plenty of amenities, including healthy snacks to keep you cozy during your appointments, and styling tips and tricks are always shared. We'll start with taking before photos (don't worry, we don't have to show your face if you're not comfortable with that). We'll review the plan that we discussed during your consultation and begin your service. There is always complimentary Wi-fi if you need to get some work done. We will finalize the service by providing recommendations for sustainable hair care products tailored to your needs reflecting our one-year goals, and taking after photos. I'll also provide a welcome bag with hair extension care goodies, and we'll set up your next appointment.

After Your Visit
I will send an email with an at-home care guide (a hidden page on my website especially for clients), I will follow up with you via email to check-in with how you're adjusting. I'm always here if any questions come up and am happy to help if you need additional guidance.
