Cancellation Policy
In order to continue providing optimal scheduling options to my guests, I do require a 48 hour notice from the scheduled appointment start time in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged 100% of the appointment.
Should you miss your appointment without any notice, it will be considered a cancellation outside of the 48 hour window.
Fees must be paid before a new appointment is reserved. I do not accept appointment bookings, reschedules or cancellations via social media or text messaging.
Once your appointment has been made and your Vagaro account is created you will be able to sign in at any time to cancel, reschedule or reserve your appointment.

Late Policy
I understand that life happens, and occasional delays can occur. If you are running 10 minutes or more behind for your appointment, please email me as soon as possible.
I highly value each client’s time and carefully schedule appointments to ensure every guest receives the attention and experience they deserve. Because of this, arriving 10+ minutes late may require your service(s) to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled in order to avoid overlapping into the next scheduled appointment.
If I am unable to provide the service that was booked due to this policy, your appointment will be considered a no-show appointment and a service fee will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Please note that repeated tardiness may result in a late fee.
Service Adustment
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you decide to go in a different direction than the goals we discussed in your consultation or proper at-home extension care isn't met this policy does not apply, though I would love to continue to help you reach your hair goals!
Please note: Due to the amount of time and products invested, I do not offer refunds on services.
Retail Return Policy
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied within the suite, I will accept exchanges at full credit for 30 days from the initial purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with an online purchase-
Holistic Hair Tribe can offer store credit when reported within 14 days of receiving the product. In order to be eligible for store credit, the product must be returned within 30 days of reporting. Please email hello@holistichairtribe.com to initiate the return process.
Oway returns may be accepted on unopened and unused products purchased from our site within the last 30 days. To initiate a return, email us at support@owayusa.com to request a return authorization and the appropriate return shipping address.
