"I had tape ins years ago and just kind of stopped because I just didn't love it. I wanted extensions again and did a bunch of Googling."

"At the beginning, the setting, I really liked and was impressed by it, because I didn't know what to expect, and how much you check in, and seeing your tips on your Instagram."

Why do you choose to see me above other stylists in the area?
"After all the Googling and seeing some of your reviews and especially seeing your Instagram. Some other hair salons feel very, I don't know the right word... sort of superficial I guess. Like it's one good picture and I want to see before and after, and progress too. You were more up front with cost too, compared to other places, where they really try to hide it, and wait until you come in to give you the full thing. You gave at least an idea of what it would be and the maintenance costs."

What's the biggest change you've noticed with your hair?
"I feel like my thickness is similar and it's growing a lot, health wise my ends are a lot better than it was in the beginning. It looked.. it wasn't fried but it looked like it because of my curl pattern, so I would brush it and it would look really bad as where now it's a lot more hydrated."

"Well just you as a human being, you spend a lot of time with your stylist so you want to be with someone you vibe with and I really like your assertiveness with saying, I think this is going to look best, and preserving the health of my hair and my sanity for maintenance. I felt really grounded after the consultation, I felt heard, and I felt grounded, like she's got my back."​
What's the biggest change you've noticed with your hair?
"Well my hair just always looks good, even when it's four days, no washing, no curling. I feel so much more confident and I think it's lower maintenance honestly, than it was before being a curly girl, and my hair just overall feels so much healthier. There's so much more for versatility too, you can do so many things."
