Day of Consult & Service
I'm so excited to have you visit at my home suite in South Denver. You’ll find a private entrance just for you, and I'll meet you right outside.
To ensure everything is perfect for your visit, please try to arrive right on time. This way, I can make sure the studio is sanitized and ready for us! You can also check in on Vagaro but if not, no worries, I'll be ready for you!
If you happen to get lost on the way, don’t hesitate to text or call me at 720-775-9731. I'm more than happy to help you out! Also feel free to pull into the driveway behind the Tesla on the left side during any of your service appointments.
Please come with clean, dry hair worn how you usually style to ensure we have a good idea of what works for your daily lifestyle.

Pre-Visit & Policies
You will receive a confirmation text and email 72 hours before your appointment from my booking system Vagaro. This allows 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. All fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments.

My approach is gentle, transparent, and rooted in collaboration. Every recommendation I make is based on the long-term health of your hair, your lifestyle, and your goals. While beautiful transformations are important, my priority is helping you achieve results that are realistic, sustainable, and supportive of your natural hair over time.
I believe the most successful hair journeys are built through open communication, personalized recommendations, and consistent care. My role is to provide honest guidance and ongoing support so you can feel confident not only on installation day, but throughout your entire hair journey.
Inspiration photos are always welcome, and I encourage you to explore my TMS Pinterest board or Instagram for ideas. Together, we'll create a plan that aligns with your vision while honoring the health and integrity of your natural hair.
To support this holistic approach, I do not offer high-lift blonding, on-the-scalp lightening, or major color correction services. Instead, I specialize in creating natural-looking results through healthy hair practices, strategic color placement, and customized extension solutions.
Healthy, natural-looking hair and low-maintenance color are my jam.
Supporting You
I want to ensure you have all the support you need, especially during those first few weeks as you get to know your new hair. I'll be sending you home with a printed and digital at-home care guide, tutorials, and a few goodies to help set you up for success.
I'll also check in with you via email to see how you're adjusting after your visit. It's completely normal to have questions in the beginning, and I'm always happy to help.
As your confidence grows and your new routine becomes second nature, you'll likely find just how easy your hair is to maintain.
